How to resolve AdBlock issue? 
Since commencing in June 2020, the program has seen 192 women graduate, equally divided as mentors and mentees. It successfully bridges generational divides, fostering valuable mentor-mentee relationships for women of all ages. The program creates a cycle of success, as graduated mentees return as mentors to inspire the next generation.
McCarthy Mentoring, one of the program sponsor’s, provides an online leadership development platform accessible by mentors and mentees for the 12 months of the program.
The program’s influence has already been felt with participants taking on new leadership challenges, both within Surf Life Saving and beyond. There has already been a significant increase in the number of women holding senior leadership roles within the Surf Life Saving movement.
Testimonials from program participants highlight growth in self-confidence, improved communication skills, effective goal-setting, and enhanced leadership, and change management abilities.
